Why We Introduced R.E.D.L.I.N.E.

MotoTunePro USA is a company that cares about rider safety. That commitment is why we introduced R.E.D.L.I.N.E.—Rider Emergency Detection, Location, Impact Notification and Escalation. It uses available device sensors and motorcycle telemetry to identify a possible crash, presents a rider-cancellable safety countdown, and can begin an emergency-response workflow if the rider does not respond.

R.E.D.L.I.N.E. is an assistive safety feature, not a guarantee that every crash will be detected or that emergency services will always be reachable. Operation requires a supported platform, permissions, connectivity, and a configured rider emergency profile.

Diagnostics and Direct ECU Work

MotoTunePro USA is both a diagnostic tool and a tuning application. It is not a generic code reader, and it is not an unrestricted universal flasher.

  • Reads live DDFI channels and current or stored diagnostic faults.
  • Runs supported, confirmation-gated active tests.
  • Records ride data and supports calibration-map review and editing.
  • Creates two-pass verified EEPROM backups.
  • Uses MotoTune Intelligence for evidence-based diagnostic and tuning guidance.

Implemented workflow — hardware validation pending

Direct ECU flashing

The implemented direct calibration and EEPROM write workflow is restricted to compatible BUE2D ECM profiles. The write path remains locked until ECM identity, a fresh matching backup, battery voltage, engine-off state, candidate review, and three operator confirmations pass.

A write acknowledgement is not called persistent success. Persistent physical ECU flashing is not represented as production-validated until reconnecting after a real power cycle and two matching read-backs prove that the write persisted on hardware.
